Cynthia Weaver | Director

Before taking over leadership, Cynthia worked for 19 years as assistant to the school’s previous director, Mary Jo Murray, where she was involved in every aspect of the dance school. Cynthia holds two Master’s Degrees, in Psychology and in Education. She is proud to continue the philosophy that makes Dance Unlimited special. She is thrilled with the quality of teachers and the great attitude, and talent, of the students at Dance Unlimited.

Rachel Hummel-Sass | Modern 3 & Advanced

Rachel returned to teaching at Dance Unlimited in 2014 where she founded the modern dance program in 2002. She danced with Dance Unlimited for 15 years, taking ballet and jazz. She then continued her dance training at Oberlin College where she received a degree in modern dance and choreography. Rachel also obtained her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and works as a private practice psychologist.

Lainey Cessna | TAP 1, 2 & Modern 2

Lainey has been dancing with Dance Unlimited for 13 years; learning Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, and Modern. She is teaching Tap 1. Lainey is also involved in band, drama club, yearbook, and National Honors Society.

Bri Gaietto | Special Needs

Bri started assisting at Dance Unlimited in 2009, and started teaching in 2011. She has assisted in modern and hip-hop and she is trained in jazz, ballet, and modern and hip-hop. She was a member of Heidelberg’s dance/cheer team and has her Zumba certification.

Kathy Miller | Ballet 2, 3, 5, 6, advanced

Kathy taught from 2000-2004, and started teaching again in 2013. She is trained in ballet, modern, and jazz. Kathy is a co-founder and contributing artist for trideaDANCE, has been a dance instructor at Heidelberg University, and is a guest choreographer at the Findlay Academy of Ballet. Kathy has a degree in Theatre from Heidelberg University and received additional training in modern dance at Cleveland State University.

Amber Miller | Hip-Hop 2, advanced, Tap 3, 5, Advanced & Jazz 4, Advanced

Amber started assisting at Dance Unlimited in 2013, and became a teacher in 2014. She is trained in Tap, Hip-Hop, Modern, Ballet, and Jazz. She was a member of Tiffin University’s Dance Team for 5 years and danced competitively for 15 years through Studio 82. She has trained at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City. She currently works at Tiffin University.

Erin Perry | ballet 1 & jazz 2

Erin danced with Dance Unlimited for 12 years taking ballet and jazz. She has assisted teaching jazz in years past. Erin taught kindergarten and second grade and currently holds an early childhood teaching license. She also has a master's degree in mental health counseling and works as a therapist at a private practice.

Julie Webb | Ballet 4

Julie has been teaching Ballet for 20 out of the 25 years she has been with Dance Unlimited. She is extensively trained in Ballet. When not teaching dance she is the owner of Julie’s Jubilee Hair Salon.

Olivia Webb | Modern 2

Olivia has been with Dance Unlimited since she was three. She began assisting in 2018 and teaching in 2020. After graduating from Kent State University, Olivia has returned to teach. She is trained in ballet, modern, and jazz. Additionally, she is working for Tiffin University.
